Tanner is originally from the foothills of North Carolina but found himself in Charleston after graduating from The University of South Carolina. Tanner’s passion for custom homebuilding began when he worked part time renovating historic district homes in college. That experience fueled his desire to explore a new construction career path, so Tanner spent two years honing his homebuilding project management skills working for a large regional homebuilder. He thoroughly enjoys being hands on throughout the build process to ensure that the quality of the home exceeds expectations.
Tanner loves that he has the opportunity to work outdoors, and when he is not working he enjoys fishing and attending football games at the University of South Carolina
